Providing evidence

For AO2, you have to “Provide clear and comprehensive evidence of carrying out the campaign focusing on the materials used and the suitability of the campaign to the target group and the method of communication employed”. (L4) Even an E grade (L2) needs “Provide evidence of carrying out the campaign”.

Why do you need evidence? As proof To help you to write the evaluation section (AO4)

What sort of evidence could you include? Witness statement (ask for feedback on your performance as well) Target group evaluation (before/after the campaign) Any completed activity type sheets Your script/cue cards/PowerPoint slides Pictures of resources Posters/leaflets Photographs (need consent)

Designing a feedback form (AO3) You could include: Closed questions Open questions Rating scales Multiple choice

You will be writing your campaign up after it’s finished, so Be sure to write up detailed notes as soon as you can so you don’t forget anything This will be a descriptive section which includes your preparation, your delivery methods, the target group, the timing, the resources you used and how you ensured health and safety.
