Low High Scenario D: Women with no health challenges, low stress, no sadness, high motivation Start getting some immediate successes (see Quick Start). Then work on addressing whichever Life Category that most needs improvement that is preventing you from living your Passionate Life. (Life Satisfaction Activity) Scenario C: Women with little-to-no health challenges, low stress, some sadness/feeling of being lost, low motivation Start getting some immediate successes (see Quick Start). Then work on getting healthier and less stressed. (Health Improvement Process and/or Stress Resilience Process.)
