Presentation transcript:

February Please remember to listen to your child read every day and record this in their reading record. Please also help your child to complete their homework, which is due in on Wednesdays. Please come and join in with Fun Thursday Reading at 8:45am every Thursday too. In Maths we have been learning about capacity. We have looked at what happens when you pour liquid into different containers and also at what full, empty, half full, almost full and almost empty looks like. This month some VIPs arrived in Otter class for a short stay. Daisy, Donald, Dave, Del, Delilah and Daphne the ducklings all hatched from their eggs successfully. Now that the cold weather has arrived with a vengeance, please ensure your child is able to do up the zip or buttons on their coat independently. Please ensure hats and gloves are named.
