Assignment 1 Lighting

Assignment 1 Creating Color Composition and Recording in Different Lighting Conditions 1. Construct a foam core model size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm. 2. Choose colors (from the mood concept: cool, warm and contrasting): each has dark, medium, and light tones. 3. Experiment the use of colors to alter the size of the ‘room’ i.e. make the room looks wider or higher. 4. Contruct 3 types of ceilings for the model: Solid Linear openings Decorative openings 5. Photograph your composition in 3 different lighting conditions: Daylighting-During midday Artificial Lighting-florescent Artificial Lighting- incandescent

Submission Submission is on A4 landscape format (submission should be properly bounded) Introduction (1 page) Analysis (9 pages) Conclusion (1 page) Should include photos and description (handwritten on the side of each photo) of each conditions: 1.
