4 a. Motion for overage course policy change Primary Features of Motion 1. Establishes courses 8 – 10 years as “expired” but acceptable with POSC and DOGE approval 2. Establishes process for Graduate College review of expired courses (11 – 16 years). 3. Draws line on expired courses beyond 16 years. Not applicable to Master’s. Leaves window open for Ph.D. applicability. 4. Graph sets number of courses allowable (based on level of degree & age of courses) 5. Warns of consequences in change of graduation date. Note: Does not propose change to handbook section, 4.4.5 Time-to-Degree Limit
