On this slide you can see the organisation structure. The Nadcap Management Council, which is made up of senior quality leaders and managers from industry, reports to the Board of Directors. The NMC is responsible for overseeing the Nadcap program operations including activities such as procedural development and implementation as well as working with the technical experts on the Task Groups and identifying opportunities for improvement to the Nadcap program for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Every Nadcap subscriber has a place on the NMC as does the Chairperson of the Supplier Support Committee. In addition, each Task Group has a nominated supplier representative on the NMC. This is important as it means that all key Nadcap stakeholder groups (primes, government and suppliers) are represented at the management level and can vote on decisions that affect the program. It is also indicative of the global acceptance of Nadcap that the current Nadcap Management Council Chairperson is European (from Airbus).

The NMC has a number of sub-teams working on various projects to continually assure and improve the Nadcap program for all stakeholders.
