What is the Target Hazard Analysis Solution Target Hazards are properties identified as hazards according to a user-defined criteria Occupancy Type Life Safety (ability to self-evacuate) Building area or height Economic impact Structured methodology to weight criteria and rank hazard rating: Spreadsheet with criteria and criticality values for each criteria Tools to calculate the total hazard score based on a weighted scoring model Identifying hazardous properties is the first step in defining community risk Prioritize pre-incident planning Determine effective response force
