Self Assessment STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES: RED, YELLOW or GREEN? - Yellow Currently reviewing all instructions in order to rebuild an efficient and more organized program. Meeting required quotas each month for each command. Processing positive results in a timely manner. Keeping chain of command informed on any and all updates and changes. WEAKNESSES: Not having accurate rosters for each department / command. Commands not informing personnel in a timely manner that they need to provide. Personnel not properly checking in/out of Command Urinalysis. Cannot properly secure heads for testing requirements as per NAVPERS-60 UPC Handbook. Limited personnel available to observe makes a longer waiting period for providers. Limited supplies to keep PII completely under our supervision. ALL DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE REPRESENTATIVES NEED TO SEND AN UPDATED ROSTER ON THE FIRST AND FIFTEENTH OF EACH MONTH TO ENSURE ACCURACY OF OUR SYSTEM AS PER (PENDING) NAVSTANORVAINST 5355.2K.
