Code of Conduct Follow directions the first time and always listen carefully. You should never be alone. No cursing or inappropriate language or gestures No drugs, alcohol, tobacco, weapons There is no such thing as free time on this trip. We stay together as a group, at all times. Plans are subject to change. With safety as our #1 priority, it is crucial that all students follow directions. If a stranger approaches you, ignore them and walk away. Inappropriate or dangerous behavior can be grounds for dismissal from the trip, at parents’ cost.
How to behave on a coach bus No shouting, kicking seats, singing, or rambunctious behavior on the bus. The driver needs quiet to do their job safely. Music/videos/games on devices must be used with earbuds All baggage (luggage and instrument) MUST be labeled with a tag including your name and phone number. Large instruments and bags will go underneath the bus, and small items will go above the seats
How to behave at the hotel Once we are at the hotel, no one leaves for any reason. After your room has been checked for lights-out, there is no leaving until a teacher comes to your room the following morning. Any student caught leaving their room during the lights-out period will be sent home immediately at the parents’ expense In the event of an emergency, call Ms. Bagley’s room phone. As on the bus, no loud music, shouting, etc. We do not want noise complaints from other hotel guests. No ordering room service or extra items to your room. These charges will not be approved, as our travel agency handles hotel payment. Breakfast is included at our hotel every day, and all students will go to breakfast.
