THE #5 PLACE WHERE CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION IS WORST Converting to Christianity is very dangerous in Pakistan. Muslims wishing to leave Islam and follow Jesus are threatened by their friends and family. Their new faith is viewed as shameful and dishonoring to the community. Their blasphemy law means that Christians can lose their jobs, their social status or even their lives for speaking out about their faith in Jesus.
PRAY FOR OUR PERSECUTED FAMILY Pray for Christians to preach the Gospel with boldness, even in the face of increased opposition. Pray for protection over Christians in Pakistan as they also need to deal with the challenge of Pakistan’s blasphemy laws. Pray for new believers in Pakistan to remain strong in their faith in Christ, despite the persecution.
