Goals to 31/12/2018 Marketing and Business Development Plan being implemented in accordance with milestones and KPIs Client relationship program in place, including: Skills training Key Client management Pricing approach updated Project Management milestone reviews, including profit focus, successfully implemented Workplace culture transformation well underway New documentation process established Profit target F18 - $850K (20%)
