2000B (M3) ½”-2”

Modification Overview The 2000B (Watts 007) began production in 1997 and is current. The check valves for the ¾” 2000BM3 were modified in 1998. Below are the corresponding current Watts models and sizes: ½” 2000B (1997-Current) =007 ¾” 2000B (1997-1998) =007M2 ¾” 2000BM3 (1998-Current) =007M3 1” 2000B (1997- Current) =007M1 1¼ -1½ 2000B (1997-Current) =007M2 2” 2000B (1997- Current) =007M1

Single Access Cover Removal Cover is o-ring sealed. Remove bolts. Lift cover straight off.

Check Valve Removal Check valve modules. Modules sealed by o-ring and secured by a retainer. Slide retainer straight out of body. Modules can now be removed by hand or with a screwdriver flat.

Check Seat Removal * Check seats are attached to the cage with a bayonet type locking system. * Module is spring loaded- Hold firmly. * Hold the cage in one hand, push the seat inward and rotate clockwise.

Check Disc Replacement Check disc and disc holder can be replaced as one piece.

Check Valve Reassembly Notes Reassemble in reverse order. Apply lubricant to o-rings. If check retainer does not slide into place easily, make sure checks are seated properly.
