What is it visual management? It is element of lean management philosophy It is based on graphics, drawings, sound and light signals, which organize work space, when are placed in appropriate place. It put in order rooms and make new rules for users. It allows for fluent process, signalize about process steps and deviations, mistakes in order to quick response. An example for it can be horizontal signs that comunicates storage space for medical equipment or tapes that delineating place for stock. What is it visual management?
