Project name: BETWEEN RED AND TEAL – INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT MODELS IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY DURATION: 20 months, 01/02/2018 – 01/10/2019 Within the project cycle of 20 months, a number of activities will be carried out, including preparatory, dissemination, implementation, follow-up and reporting activities. The project will target employers and workers representing chemical industry (petrochemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, fertilizers, rubber, paints, etc.) and will address the problem of the insufficient employee involvement in strategic decision and management processes within companies, as well as the lack of strategic approach towards the implementation of successful mechanisms ensuring the strong worker participation. The project will reinvigorate the transnational cooperation of social partners aimed to develop joint management models based on the best practice and aimed to strengthen the extent to which workers can exercise their rights to information, consultation and participation. Project name: BETWEEN RED AND TEAL – INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT MODELS IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY EXTERNAL EXPERTISE:   This project will include a number of experts from each of the partner countries. One group of national experts will be responsible for conducting the analysis in the analytical phase of the project, the local session working sessions and the face to face training sessions, while the other group of experts will responsible only for the preparation of the training content and recommendations included in the follow-up publication.
