Unit 7 – Written Business Communications At the end of this course you will have the skills to write business documents clearly and accurately. You will be able to read and extract (use) relevant information to create documents such as: letters, e-mails, faxes, memos, Forms, Agendas, Reports, Articles and job descriptions. What is Communication? Communication means giving and receiving information by writing, talking or using pictures. The aim of communication is to make sure that your message is understood by everyone concerned! Read section from page 3 re: Communication 27-May-19
