Invitation to Notice We play outside. I scored a goal! There are 3 different kinds of punctuation we can use at the end of our sentences. We play outside. I scored a goal! Did you have fun? A telling sentence ends with a period. An exclamatory sentence shows strong feelings or emotion and ends with an exclamation mark. A sentence that asks a question ends with a question mark. Day 3
