Catalog Preparations Filing and organizing Pictures Proofreading Catalogs Finding Pictures Reading Pedigrees and finding Pictures for individual Cows Preparing PowerPoints

Worked a Production Sale for the first time Learned how much time and effort goes into preparing for and running a sale Got better at Clipping Learned that an important part of sales is public relations With the owners And with the buyers

Met many US Jersey employees Met a lot of Jersey breeders and people involved with the Jersey breed Learned the technical parts of a Sales Like: Prepping Animals Feeding and Watering Getting cows comfortable and ready to sell

A big part of Appraising is being able to talk to and deal with farmers Making Sure they understand the process Getting people signed up for REAP Keeping people on Reap Organizing things as an area Rep Being fair
