Persuasive Reports  Persuasive writing provides the opportunity to convince someone to adopt a particular viewpoint.  Persuasive writing is very common in ad campaigns where marketing want to convince you to buy something. But it can also be used in several other situations as well.

Persuasive Reports structure and format  Introductions Introduce your topic/issue.. add thesis statement after introduction.  Main body explain the topic/issue (merits,demerits).  The conclusion to sum up your topic/issue.

Explanatory Reports  The purpose of explanatory(expository) report is to explain a topic in a logical and straight forward manner.  All the Explanatory Reports are included in the Proceedings of the Session that was dedicated to the new adopted Convention.  A common writing assignment is the explanatory, or expository, essay. An explanatory essay describes your opinion on something, the ideas of another person, a process to follow, or an event that has taken place.

Steps/element There are five steps/element to complete the explanatory report. 1. Clear thesis statement. 2. An opening paragraph.(introduction). 3. Body part 4. Smooth transition.(paragraph make sense.) 5. conclusion

How to write? There are three steps to write a explanatory report.  introduction.  Three body paragraph.  Conclusion.
