Advanced Analytics Module The Goal Provide rich dashboards and informative visualizations in Projector Web Give users the ability to customize the data, design, and layout of their dashboards Eliminate manual manipulation of data for every-day analysis The Platform We’ve partnered with a powerful business intelligence tool named BellaDati and have integrated it into Projector Web The Advanced Analytics Module (AAM) is driven by Projector reports AAM will come with a package of pre-built visualizations that organizations can customize to meet their needs, including importing information from other business systems.

Time off Request & Approval

Time Off Request Enter time off requests Previous requests and time reported are tracked Status of future time off requests will be displayed Location: Projector Web > Topics > Time off

Time Off Approval Approve or reject a time off request on the Scheduled Time Off tab of the resource editor Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Users and Resources > Resource

Creating Subcontractor Invoices Subcontractor invoices use time cards submitted by subcontractors in Projector to create an expense document and pay the subcontractor for work performed Subcontractor invoices use the same approval workflows as all other types of expense documents Location: Management Portal > Expense Tab

Configuration Changes

AAM User Setup Provisioning users for the Advanced Analytics Module can be done at the User Type level or for an individual User Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Users and Resources > User Types

Subcontractor Management Enable Subcontractor Management on the individual Resource, or by Resource Type Enable resource’s time submissions for subcontractor management Enable resource’s expenses for subcontractor management New Cost Center Permission: Maintain Subcontractor invoice Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Users and Resources > Resource Types

Subcontractor Management Choose how a subcontractor should be paid - Direct to resource or through a vendor Enable vendors for subcontractor invoices

Enabling Time off Requesting Enable Time off Requesting on the individual User, or by User Type Resources can either request future time off with approval, or schedule future time off without approval Requested time off approvers are designated by the Cost Center permission Approve and Maintain Resource Time Off Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Users and Resources > User Types

Revenue and Expense Splitting Revenue and Expense Splitting can be configured at the Engagement Type level or at the Project level P&L Cost Center is now available as a field in Projector reports Location: Management Portal > Admin Tab > Job Accounting > Engagement Types
