Three salesman left the company and formed Mid-States Sales, Inc in late 50’s In1960, the name was changed to Mid-State Bag & Container Corporation. Dan Hogan started as Sales Rep back in 1965. He purchased the company in 1977 and purchased a warehouse and office building in Kirkwood, MO and renamed the business MIDCO ENTERPRISES, INC. John Bamberger worked with Dan for over the next 37 years to grow the business. Brad Faerber acquired the business in 2014. Brad was the CPA for MIDCO. He worked with Dan for over 20 years so he knew the business. He then changed the name to MIDCO GLOBAL, INC. Business has grown world-wide and we now ship to over 30 countries.
