Continuing Education - New Initiative Engaging Developer communities Focus on Practicing Engineers - Engineers more focused on trivial technologies , hence not interested in our primary set of products and services including Explore , Conferences , Local meeting content and network etc Opportunity is huge - this group of practicing engineers form the major part of engineering population in developing nations (eg - BRIC)  Need to identify gaps , create and engage developer communities . Start offering educational resources to developers in the form of local CE workshops , online webinars / tutorials , developer conferences etc An example – more interest in DB Programming techniques compared to Database Indexing concepts . 11/21/10

Continuing Education - New Initiative Engaging Developer communities - first step Hyd GOLD hosted the first ever Drupal Camp Conference in Hyderabad on 11.11.11 Drupal Co founder as Keynote Speaker Drupal is the worlds largest CMS used by NSE , whitehouse.gov and many more  Conference gave us an opportunity to understand the needs of Drupal developers (practicing engineers) and gave us an opportunity to open up dialog with Drupal Action item - follow up dialog and draft a basic strategy to engage developer communities 11/21/10

Summary Primary objectives of collaboration GOLD Volunteers as EA Champions (Pre University / University and CE Programs) GOLD as a focus customer base Identify new opportunities to serve Young \ Engineers Create Educational offerings and innovative delivery mechanism to serve Young Engineers 11/21/10
