Accommodation: Mount Stuart Hotel Ensuite rooms (2-6 children per room) Hotel booked out for our school Lounge area Dining room TVs in rooms disabled 3 floors (staff on each floor) Room with selected (friend(s))

The hotel provide all the food: Breakfast: -Toast, cereal, juice, cooked breakfast Lunch: -Sandwiches, crisps, drink, fruit, snack bar Dinner: (example) -Pizza and ice-cream (Water available throughout the day)

BOURNEMOUTH 2019 No mobile phones – staff have phones in case emergency contact is needed No hair straighteners – fire risk! No games consoles/iPods etc £15 pocket money max. (£5 per day) Children will be responsible for all personal belongings – disposable camera is best. Books/cards etc are a good idea.

On Monday 17th (Group 1) Arrive at school for 8:30. Come to the school kitchen with your luggage and day bag (including your packed lunch). Sign in (Miss Evans) Sign in medication – may need to be taken before we depart (Mr Hill) Sign in Money (Miss Peacock) Depart at 9am (parents welcome to wave off-an area for the coach will be cordoned off) Will return on Wednesday 19th around 6:30pm in the new car park (ParentMail updates). Money – reminder 25 max Meds – labelled – instructions, in plastic bag. Travel day one

On Wednesday 19th (Group 2) Arrive at school for 7:45am. Come to the school kitchen with your luggage and day bag (including your packed lunch) where it will be tagged.
