Therapeutic Use Exemptions TUEs applications should have been made to FIH at least 30 days before the event includes all players in the squad emergency/late applications: refer urgently to the FIH Medical Officer retroactive TUEs for inhaled beta-2 agonists: should have been declared and medical file should exist in NA for glucocorticosteroids by non-systemic routes: should have been declared both must be declared on the doping control form if tested

Doping control testing selection procedures notification procedures chaperoning reporting to doping control (within 30 minutes if possible – 60 minutes maximum) providing samples documentation chain of custody

Treating injuries on the field of play treatment blood injury team doctor/physio may only enter if indicated by an umpire no treatment on the field (only for a goalkeeper) call for stretcher/ambulance if necessary treatment if doctor/physio has entered the field, player must leave the field for minimum 2 minutes at FIH events blood injury wounds must be covered (and clothing cleaned/changed) before player returns to the field

Injury reports routine (match injury) reports medical incident reports completed by officials at the technical table all injuries resulting if a time stoppage recorded medical incident reports completed by FIH Medical Officer for serious injuries (eg requiring hospital treatment or player unable to participate further in the tournament) team injury summary completed at the end of the tournament by Team Medical Personnel include serious injuries as requested by FIH Medical Officer
