Journal #1 Tell me the story/meaning behind your name. You can also tell me… If you think your name fits your personality How you came to have a nickname

My day was overwhelming. I fell in love at first sight. Journal #2 (part 1) Rewrite one of the following sentences to make it more descriptive: My day was overwhelming. I fell in love at first sight. I finally felt happiness. My high school is very diverse.

Journal #2 (part 2) Reflect on your own narrative essay. After reading this piece, how do you feel about your own writing? Did you have any realizations? Did you get inspired?

Journal #3 Compare your hurricane Irma experience to your hurricane Hermine experience. Use at least 5 of the comma rules in your writing. When you get finished, staple your three journals together (in order!).
