Make and print lists according to the criteria selected. The application displays a window which allows to view and print the list. It is also possible to export the list in Excel, Word, PDF and others.

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) Input daily logs The application displays a window which allows to manually enter, with the mouse or the keyboard the daily logs of the drivers . With the scan version, the daily logs are automatically transferred in the system. At anytime daily logs that have been saved in the application can be viewed.

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) Input of events This option allows the input of events without the need to access to the daily log files.

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) Scan driver’s logs This option allows to scan the driver's daily log and save them in the Millo-CheckTM, avoiding to traced them with the mouse or the keyboard. The processed results will be displayed in the Audition file for a quick verification if the scanner did not recognize them. Some failures, as driven kilometers or driver's signature missing are automatically detected in the scanning process

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) Audition This option displays the scanned logs in their scanning order. It allows to quickly review the logs before their final save. The system can display the scanned logs for a driver, a status (waiting files, existing files or all files), a period of time (between 2 dates) or by the scanning's date. As default, the application displays all files to audit (see example on the right).

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) Verification This option offers four choices : Verification, Verification with Printing, Summary with Hours from Logbook and Summary with Hours with Violations and Failures. The verification of the daily logs is made according to Canadian and American legislations (according to the driver's country line on the daily log). Select an entire month or a period of verification and the driver's number. Click Verify to begin the process. The Verification with Printing option is doing the same verification than the last one, but it also prints the daily logs of the drivers selected. It allows to print the logs for one driver, a group, or for drivers with violations. The logs can be sorted by driver's numbers or alphabetic order.

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) Summary Reports The Summary Report with Hours from Logbook is automatically verified before it is print. The summary presents the total of working hours (in driving and on-duty activities) and the hours still available according to the verification's system filled in the driver's file (70 hours in 7 days or 120 hours in 14 days according to current laws).

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) The Summary with Hours with Violations and Failures verifies the driver's daily logs before it is displayed. The A column displays the working hours in the last 7 days. The B column displays the driving hours still available (70 hours of cycle minus the working hours of column A). The C column displays the working hours in the last 8 days. The others ones display the violations, failures and remarks written on the daily logs.

AN APPLICATION DOES IT FOR YOU: THE MILLO-CHECK(TM) Reports option This option allows to produce three type of reports : Letters, Next Day Available Hours and Sumary Letters option allows to print ready to give letters to the drivers. The letters contain a notification text the nature of the violations or failures and a summary of the driver monthly hours. The next day available hours are calculated according to the verification system indicated on the driver's file. For a driver with a 70 hours-8 days cycle, the report displays the working hours for the last 7 days and the remaining one. The Summary report displays a list for selected drivers for the requested period. For each day, the number of hours worked (by activity) will be displayed as well as kilometers driven, cross border hours and average speed. There are four types of summary reports : Hours from Logbook, Hours Between two Dates, Violations and Failures.

SPECIAL ATLANTIC TRUCK SHOW $350 + $10 for each driver add. for a lisence of the logbook management software Millo-CheckTM  (without daily log scanning) + $10 for each driver add. The application verifies the drivers’ daily log according to Canadian and American laws. It points out violations and failures and generates summary reports. Daily logs containing mistakes can be corrected directly. The application converts drivers’ free days in log off. Driver notification letters (warning or congratulation) are automatically produced. Each driver can have a maximum speed set up in his file according to his work and in which country he’s driving. Failures can be set up for each company: exceeding maximum speed, missing signature, missing papers, wrong odometers, false logs, inconsistency in arrival and departure time, mismatch between driver’s duty and type of activity, etc.
