HANOVER RESEARCH Partnership - 2019

AWARDS RANGING FROM $5,000 TO $30 MILLION, FROM FEDERAL, STATE, AND FOUNDATION FUNDING SOURCES.

Goals: OUR PRIORITIES Option 2 Scope Increase the level of proposal development activity among faculty toward the goal of increasing external funding. Leverage external resources (Hanover) to produce foundation proposals. Increase support for early career faculty beyond their first year in pursuing their research and funding interests. Option 2 UCF College of Science Total Cost – $49,500/year Start Date: 1/1/2019 End Date: 12/30/2021 (with annual opt outs) Scope Grants Project Queue Continuous support over the course of one (1) year The grants queue will be primarily focused on producing foundation proposals Hanover Digital Platform Unlimited Licenses for all UCF Faculty and Staff Hanover Grant Alerts Weekly and monthly notifications of RFP releases and upcoming funding opportunities

A federal proposal review project. (2 weeks) Month 1 Month 12 CONTRACT TERM A Grantseeking Strategy Development project where Hanover produces strategic recommendations for pursuing grants after interviewing key stakeholders. (4-6 weeks) A customized Grantsmanship Training with content tailored to the client’s audience, delivered online or onsite. (3-5 weeks) A federal proposal review project where a GC provides detailed recommendations for improving a proposal draft. (2 weeks) A concept development project where a GC provides guidance for engaging and building relationships with targeted foundation funders. (2-4 weeks) A prospecting report where Hanover assesses the best-fit funding opportunities for a client project or need. (3-4 weeks) A federal proposal production project where Hanover leads the development of a grant narrative with the client. (2-3 months) A foundation proposal production project where Hanover leads the development of a grant narrative with the client. (1-2 months) A federal proposal review project. (2 weeks) A federal pre-proposal review project. A federal proposal revision project where a GC makes edits and content improvements to client’s proposal draft. (3-4 weeks)
