We talk about reaching goals, what is a goal? The Dictionary says: A GOAL is the result or achievement toward which effort is directed; aim; end. BUT . . . What does that mean? A GOAL is simply anything you try to reach, accomplish or get by working hard. Here are some examples of GOALS:
