IFLS, Nicolet, and Northern Waters Three Adjacent Systems: IFLS Eau Claire: 100 miles to the west (1.5 hours/WI Hwy 29 4-lane) Nicolet: Green Bay: 100 miles to the east (1.5 hours/WI Hwy 29 4-lane) Northern Waters: Ashland 160 miles north and west (2:45 hours/US 51 and US 2 mostly 2-lane) Manitowish Waters – nearest library (1.5 hours/US 51; ½ 4 lane)

PLSR A northern hub is a critical piece in the Delivery Model that was submitted We are investigating operating the connection between the 2 primary hubs of the network: North in Wausau and South in Madison Funding from statewide sources is desired to implement this portion of the PLSR model: Trucks, staff, equipment, etc. Fits with the idea of system collaboration
