Protocol for Unprofessional or Questionable Posts in the LoudCloud Classroom

LoudCloud features are different than Angel features. You come across an unprofessional or questionable post in the LoudCloud Classroom. What do you do?

There is a 2-step process to hide the post from the class and actually report this post to the Faculty Specialist team at GCU. The Report Abuse Feature is the first step in this process.

The Report Abuse Feature does not report anything to anybody. Faculty will utilize this feature: 1) As a precursor to submitting a ticket with the Faculty Specialist team. 2) To hide any questionable posts from the classroom

After choosing the Report Abuse option, select the appropriate Abuse Type, and fill in any relevant details prior to submitting.

After submitting, the instructor must choose the Hide Post option to remove this post from the students view.
