BSofts Live Pick Ticket Open Live Pick Ticket There are two approaches to filling orders Orders to Availability This option allows you to see all open orders with shortages shown in RED Availability to Orders This option allows you to see what orders can be filled by new receipts

BSofts Live Pick Ticket Modify the amount to pick, if desired Or check full if entire order is to be filled Then pick Once the order has been picked the quantities used will be accounted for in the lower portion of the screen Real-time inventory count A pick ticket or order form will be printed at the desired printer

BSofts Live Pick Ticket Pick Ticket with reduced quantities Notice here that we have changed the quantity to be picked The printed pick ticket reflects the reduced pick quantities, rather than the original order quantities. Wait theres more!!

BSofts Live Pick Ticket Example Open Live Pick Ticket Click the Orders to Availability tab Select the first order to fill In this case DOD order #201 has two different items TM Speedboat – available Fuel Rods – not enough to fill entire quantity (shortage noted by red font) Lets see if you have any Fuel Rods ordered Double click on the fuel rods and see any open POs You need to know what orders are open and what you need to fill them!

In this case you do have open POs but probably not enough You need to click on PO entry Enter the new PO and Save Then close the screen to get back to Pick Ticket Pick the DOD order to be partially filled Notice the pick ticket shows the entire quantity of Speedboats, but only the available quantity of Fuel Rods On to the next order to fill Notice that the items and quantities of the previously picked items are shown as well as the amount that was in stock

BSofts Live Pick Ticket Example As you continue selecting orders Live Pick Ticket maintains a real count of what you have versus what you have used When you try to pick an order that cannot be fully filled, Live Pick Ticket notes the shortage in RED Continue the selection process until you have filled or partially filled all of the desired orders Items left unfilled will show on the top right portion of the screen as backorders after the pick has been invoiced But thats not all !!!

BSofts Live Pick Ticket Example II Open Live Pick Ticket Click the Availability to Orders tab Select TM Hummer All of the receipts for TM Hummers will show (whether built or purchased) Click on TM Hummer and all of the open orders with a hummer will show in the middle section of the screen Choose an order to fill You just finished a production run of TM Hummers and want to clear them out by filling as many orders as possible!

BSofts Live Pick Ticket Example II Once an order has been selected its line items are displayed in the third section of the screen You can choose to do a full pick or a partial pick Then pick Again, the pick ticket reflects your chosen pick quantity After you have picked items the inventory account is updated in the lower section of the screen Repeat the process until you have used the inventory or fill all of the orders Its that simple !!!
