Patient Survey and “Secret Shopper” results This is a national survey which is given out to patients randomly. It enables patients to compare results of different surgeries.

Updates Barwell & Hollycroft Befriending Service Sheltered Housing – Armchair exercise – 10am -11am Meadow Road Barwell Community Service Project Board £8 million for services in H&B Board is meeting now to arrange Public consultation Integrated Care Hinckley & Bosworth Test Bed Pilot scheme is now underway with around 5 patients Response from patients very positive in now having one person (Care Coordinator) managing their Care package for Social service and NHS Care Multi-disciplinary team working – in place Befriending Group 13 Befrienders with Befriendees. Training completed – Links with the Sheltered housing on Meadow Road, - Friday morning 10am until 11am Armchair exercise. Anyone you know who is lonely then call Kerry Smith Local Area coordinator 07947 949721 Community Service Project Board Previously had engagement events to find out what the area needs (2014) visited 5 areas around West Leics. This enabled a plan to be put forward to NHS England. After 4 attempts the money has been granted. Now we will meet the public again to finalise the plans which include Endoscopy suite (JAG accredited) new facilities at Hinckley Health Centre (more consultant rooms). New X-Ray facilities at Health Centre and move the OOH to Health Centre. Day case surgery to be carried out and consultant visits arranged. Once advertised please try to attend to finalise the ideas and make suggestions. Integrated Care – Dr Jackson is Clinical lead. Over the next two years move towards this. H&B is a test bed for developing closer working relationships with other organisations such as Social Care and Voluntary sector. In the test bed focus on Frail patients with multiple medical issues - Social care free to begin with Next slide Engagement event Better Care Together

All patients will have the right to digital-first primary care, including web and video consultations by April 2021

Multi-story carpark at Glenfield. All Maternity will be at LRI – Extra multi-storey carpark General hospital will no longer be an acute site – Imaging services plus Elective surgery (pre planned) £367 million – Engagement process has been carried out. Bid going in with the Business Plan just like Hinckley plan. The full consultation Meeting I was at the plan was well received Next slide AOB
