The answer was clearly yes! In January 2005 Dialog Telekom PLC, Microimage and the University of Moratuwa initiated an R&D programme as one of its long term efforts towards Nation rebuilding Key Research Engineers of DEWN University of Moratuwa, and Microimage officials
