Contents of the program 1.Management in Libraries and Information Centers (statistics, scientometrics, consortia, informetrics and copyright) 2.ICT in libraries and information centers (networks, image processing, metadata harvesting, OAI) 3.Information retrieval and searching (bibliographic databases, citation searching, open access) 4.Information architecture and digital libraries (ISIS, ABCD, Greenstone, DSpace, Institutional Repositories) 5.Study Visits in Libraries

How to improve the organization of the program? Include pre-test/ post-test which is always a part of a training programme for evaluation; Provide the complete hand-outs at the beginning of the programme; If possible, provide a better route going to the Etterbeek campus. Tram is possible (line 23, 24 or 25) going to/from Petillion. (walking is tiring!) Or avoid having class in Etterbeek Forgot to advice us about the one-month public transport ticket (STIB/MIVB).

Strong points of the organization of the program Project Assistant (Alex Coppens) always sends to remind the group of various activities and schedule; Continuously update the online program; More time for assignments (lecture free day)
