UOE time series based on ISCED2011 Following ETS WG 2017: As agreed ISCED2011 time series based on ad-hoc data collection with breakdown by orientation (for reference year 2005 and 2010) were published in Eurostat online tables by end of 2017, As agreed, the on-request consultation of countries on aggregate ISCED2011 levels took place in July/August 2017, The time series to be published by the end of 2018. Combined school and work-based programmes (CWSP) (1) On the request of DG EMPL countries were contacted in 2017 to provide information: Alignment of the national definition with UOE definition Confirmation on whether all pupils reported in CSWP effectively spend the work-based component in enterprise, If the pupils are paid for the work-based component. Combined school and work-based programmes (2) Vocational education (UOE definition): designed for learners to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies specific to a particular occupation, trade, or class of occupations or trades may have work-based components successful completion of such programmes leads to labour market-relevant vocational qualifications acknowledged as occupationally-oriented by the relevant national authorities and/or the labour market.
