A Sporting Hand Information Began coaching in Peterborough in second half of 2015 Coaching 100+ children each week in local area, mainly in football as well as 2-4 year old sports Formed first Academy team towards end of 2015 – Under 8’s next season, Academy expansion underway. Link with Peterborough United FC – Youth Scouting School’s and Nurseries

A Sporting Hand Philosophy ‘Passing to the Next Generation’ Innovating sessions, where children maximise participation time – no lines etc Focus on nurturing talent instead of just playing fun games Rewarding effort as well as skill – Player of the Session Giving children a platform to progress – Academy / Peterborough United Encourage the importance of parents being able to develop their child outside of session time

Plans for 2016 Expand area of operations into Leicestershire & Lincolnshire Start coaching in Schools and Nurseries in Peterborough & surrounding areas from September Expand through franchising Expand Academy teams Begin Stadium Tours – Wembley in planning process for second half of 2016 Holiday Camps

Our Expectations Follow our philosophy in all sessions Being open minded and open to new ideas for sessions Be proactive and look for new opportunities for extra sessions in new areas Turn up on time with clean uniform Promote A Sporting Hand and our sessions in a positive manner

Payment Assisting a session = £10 p/h (whilst under training) Leading a session = £15 p/h Opportunity to start up own sessions which will be rewarded by extra money (2 systems): £20 p/h % system – you pay for venue and only pay us a % per child (£1.50 per child) Birthday Parties = £25 Set up as sole trader then invoice A Sporting Hand for the amount of sessions at end of each month

Uniform Provided by us: 1 x training top / polo shirt 1 x waterproof jacket More kit will be provided if working on a full time basis Required to wear uniform to all sessions and ensure kit is clean for sessions

Opportunities Start up own sessions – other sports etc Run an Academy team / session Further education – funding towards qualifications Holiday Camps Chance to work with us on a future manual package
