Flood risks – surface water Largely follow the routes of existing smaller watercourses and drain: Northwards into the watercourse at the north of the site Southwards towards A40 Eastwards towards Lower Road, and into the River Evenlode JBA Consulting

Flood risks – groundwater and lakes Groundwater Lake Breach Associated with sand and Very unlikely to occur, however gravel deposits a ‘residual risk’ to the site JBA Consulting

Recommendations SFRA Key Findings Sequential design of site - avoiding areas of highest flood risk. The site layout should be built around existing surface water flow paths on the site. Development will need to closely limit surface water runoff, to manage existing flood risks in Eynsham.
