Market Entry Strategic Plan For J-Raphal Healing Hands. (Company Name) (Is a health care agency)

Vision We hope to showcase our ministry of caring and belief to accomplish the need for quality services in a Christian setting whereby we will be able to carry out God’s work in uprightness and kind-heartedness. At J-Rapha healing hands we are committed to provide to our client/patients, their families and our community excellent healthcare service that brings peace of mind through high quality treatment. As health care services provider, we stay helpful to the health and well-being of our client/patient through teaching/instructing, outreach, and other innovative services.

Mission Our mission is based on the belief to minister to individuals according to their health concerns, recognize that people with the word of faith and healing hands would be utilized to strengthened, nourished and care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our clients. To promote best quality patient-focused health care that is reachable, cost effective and meets the needs of our community. To provide health care needs to our borough through excellence, well-organized, and patient-centered care. Educating individuals, families and our community of their well-being through innovation.

Values Quality- We are committed to providing quality and value in all phases of our work. We will enhance quality for clients/ patients by teaching them about their health and allowing clients/patients to participate in the care we render. Trust – Honest and open communication will be our best policy with clients/patients and our employee. Integrity – Trustworthiness, equality, and self-assessment will be our rule of thumb to protect the global safety, and ensure that confidentiality and privacy prevail. Cooperation – Employee, client/patient, and other medical professionals collaborate to work as a team. Heritage – inculcate our faith and belief in all our services and health care to the client/patient making them know that we care, but God heals.

How do organization values drive the culture? Culture is a way things are done in a particular organization. There are different values, and over time they create different business cultures. A company’s value give everything it does to relative importance i.e. If a company is driven by costs, investing and saving money is a priority when decisions are to be made.

What is the culture you intend to build, or exists, today? Company that provides care with the belief that we care but God heals. Provide excellent and knowledgeable employee with our mission and vision at heart. Create an organization that provides service with constant innovative, creative ideas. To ascertain that organizational objectives, motivate staff to perform patient center care. An organization that provides quality care, trustworthy, and open communication.

What is your competitive advantage The integrity of the company will stand the organization out. Striving for perfect client’s satisfaction to gain competitive advantage over similar organization. Referrals from our clients to other organization.
