What's the problem is trying to solve? More pressure than ever on our limited resources Partnerships that are not themselves joined up Multiple strategies and plans A single support team able to work across partnerships and multiple issues Streamlined and better co-ordinated planning and action Facilitate cross partnership working, for example though bringing the chairs together

Executive Board Core Membership (16) –Executive/Chief Officer – annual rotation of chair MKC/MKCCG/TVP - 12 meetings annually Independent safeguarding scrutineer Responsible for addressing the identified priorities of the HWB and CSP and for oversight of MASA by: Fostering the right kind of relationships Developing integrated services and best use of resources Effective use of joint working arrangements S75 of NHS Act 2006/BCF and part of BLMK ICS Coordinating the work of 8 affiliated boards – delegating and sponsoring Agreeing strategic priorities for safeguarding/annual report Commissioning any reviews (SPR/SAR/DHR)
