Overview Freewrite Studio Wrap-up

Freewrite What are some of your identities? Are there any that you constantly think about, or are constantly aware of? Are there any that you feel are really important to you? What interests do you have — academic, career, personal, hobbies, etc. How have your identities shaped these interests, or been shaped by them? Have you started to think about what you might want to write about? If so, what? What goals do you have for class today? What kind of work do you hope to get done?

Studio!

Freewrite What did you get done? What, if any, decisions did you make? How do you feel about the work that you did? What goals do you have for yourself, what do you hope to make progress on, between now and Wednesday?

Wrap-up Today we: Studio! Next time: Reading: Media Bias Chart (infographic & website) + founders statement (follow link on course webpage) Focus: sourcing the news, media bias, & value systems
