Course Purpose This course is the study of evaluation. We will cover Basic principles of evaluation Utilization of research and evaluation in practical situations Design and measurement Theoretical Philosophical Jurisdictional All framed within the context of: (1) evaluation, (2) assessment, (3) measurement, (4) statistics Main Goal of Research – Methods courses is to improve and expand reasoning and critical thinking skills.
