Similar Compounds is ToxPlanet’s feature that fully automates the process of searching for chemical analogs. This proprietary functionality allows for instant identification of structurally similar compounds. In this tutorial, we will look at how to Print, Email, and Save results from your Similar Compounds search.

After conducting a Similar Compounds search, results are displayed based on designated level of similarity to the compound being searched (in this example, results shown are those with 90% structural similarity to “phenol”).

Enable the ToxPlanet print feature by clicking on the purple PDF icon (to print current page results) or the orange PDF icon (to print all results).

The system converts the document to PDF and displays it in a new window with native Adobe controls.

To Print the results, click the Print icon. To Save the results, click the Save icon. To Email the results, attach a copy of the saved file to an email and send.
