Timeline RFP released/convening: April 20/21, 2016 Proposals submitted by: May 31, 2016 Awards announced: June 30, 2016 First convening of awardees: October 7, 2016 Second convening of awardees: December 2, 2016 At least one pilot launched: January, 2017 Remaining 2 to 4 pilots launched: September, 2017 Plan for expanded implementation: September, 2017 January 2017: Launch of at least one structured pathway that incorporates guided degree pathways, mathematics gateways and corequisite academic support. September 2017. Submit a plan to ODHE that outlines the process and timeline for an expanded implementation of all facets to more majors. This expansion report should include data analysis from pilots
