The Washington Post, March 24, 2019

Obstruction of Justice? The Mueller Report Obstruction of Justice? “The evidence we obtained about the President’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that prevent us from conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred,” Mueller explains. “Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

Obstruction of Justice? The Mueller Report Obstruction of Justice? The Mueller report cites three problems with drawing a conclusion on obstruction: the president’s constitutional authority the lack of sufficient evidence that Trump committed a crime related to Russian election interference that he would want to cover up Some of his actions took place in public view CNBC April 18, 2019

Obstruction of Justice? The Mueller Report Obstruction of Justice? Attorney General Barr: “In cataloguing the President’s actions, many of which took place in public view, the report identifies no actions that, in our judgment, constitute obstructive conduct, … The Washington Post March 24, 2019

Investigating the Investigators A Partial Cast of Characters

Investigating the Investigators Are we a Banana Republic? Bill Clinton relied heavily on foreign cash to accumulate $250 million in assets even as his wife helped steer American foreign policy as secretary of state, presiding over decisions with the potential to benefit the foundation’s donors. The New York Times 4-23-15 Former Obama National Intelligence Director James Clapper lied to Congress by denying that the NSA collect data on millions of Americans. The “salacious and unverified” Steele Dossier was used as key evidence in applications for four FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign, without telling the FISA court in their application that the Clinton Campaign had paid for it. Former Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, leaked the dossier to fake news CNN and then lied about that under oath. Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe was fired for lying under oath about leaking information to a news reporter. Peter Strzok - in Aug. 2016 text to Lisa Page states “The White House is running this.”

Investigating the Investigators A Case for Equal Justice DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s Investigation into FISA Abuse Former House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes, R-Calif - eight criminal referrals to the DOJ Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee – opens investigations into FISA Abuse and whether Hillary Clinton got help from President Barack Obama’s Department of Justice
