Empathy You know what you want You know what you want, you’re your best customer. But do you know what your users want? Empathy and Empathy Mapping allow us to place ourselves in our user’s shoes. But we have a lot of users…

Personas What is a Persona? What is a User? Fictional characters that represent different users or stakeholders. A way to model, summarize, communicate or represent a user. Usually based on (field) research. What is a User? For our purposes a User is the desired customer, client, or person for our product, service, or experience that we are designing.

What does a Persona Look Like? Personas What does a Persona Look Like? They can be as detailed as you want. There is no standard or template. The Internet is full of ideas. Not all ideas are good.
