Set Construction -Help put together the rented set -April 10 from 9-5 -All you need is a drill!!! (because we have none)

-Help organize meals up to 50 people during tech week Food Preparation -Help organize meals up to 50 people during tech week - Bring some food/drinks to help create meals for larger rehearsals and double shows.

- Help with raffles/ ticket booths Decoration Crew -Help Decorate the Lobby during tech week to help create a Latin Flavor - Help with raffles/ ticket booths

Fundraising -Help create and sell raffle baskets -Sell Ads for the program Help Sell In The Heights raffle tickets!!! (biggest fundraiser for the show)

In The Heights Raffle Tickets -Sponsored by the band boosters -Only 1000 tickets will be sold -Tickets will be 20 dollars each and you do not need to be present to win -Raffle will be done during intermission of our last show on April 24.

Prizes Grand Prize: 2 tickets to New York City (Hotel and accommodations and a go pass good for 80 New York Attractions) plus 2 tickets to see Hamilton* 2nd Place: an Apple iPad mini 2 3rd Place: 2 tickets to an SHN show of your choice* *subject to availability Student who sells the most tickets: Apple iPad mini 2 Whoever sold the Grand Prize Ticket: iPad mini 2

Costumes/Make-up -All Chorus will be responsible to create their own Costumes. - Use clothes that you already have/ School Appropriate -Get a make-up kit from Encore Theatrical Design $20

Donations -I do not ask for a fee for being in the play -All money is brought in from donations,tickets and raffles -If you would like to donate $50-$100 would be more than enough to help offset the price for particular set pieces/costumes/programs/posters. Checks can be made to DHS drama.

Breakdown of expenses Rented Set/Props + Technical Director- $13,000 Performance Rights- $5,000 Advertisement- $1,500 Lighting -$2,000 Programs- $1,250 Extra Materials- $2,000 Wigs/Prosthetics/ Disposable props- $500 Professional Musicians- $2,500 Total: $27,750 Possible….Microphones ($25,000!!!)
