Speed Mentoring & Networking Event African Immigrants Professional Development Conference (AIPDC) 05.30.19 This event is an opportunity to meet, network and discuss pressing career questions with a diverse group of professionals. Similar to speed dating, speed networking requires participants to pair up and network with professionals in short intervals. During this time, attendees will have a chance to exchange business cards, make connections, and get advice on their career development in a non-intimidating environment.

Speed Networking 12:20-12:30/12:30-12:40 Attendees take their places sitting across from one another. Speed Networking-Name-Mentor Each round will last for 10-15 minutes depending on number of Mentees

Closing Comments 12: 55pm The session will conclude with a reception, which will allow participants to apply their networking abilities in a more informal social networking setting.
