Objectives of the Workshop Establish guideline on designation of an RCA Web Administrator Discuss the efficient provision of RCA information by the IAEA and GPs Establish guideline on making public version of RCA Annual Report by review of its content/format and make an example of public version of RCA Annual Report Agree on the drafted guidelines, recommendations and public version of RCA Annual Report based on the discussions and prepares an associated action plan

On the level and quality of the information provided by the GPS to the RCARO: The availability of the RCARO website link to the IAEA TC web page fosters easy information availability and provides good data quality

On the level and quality of the information provided by the GPs to the RCARO: Almost no contribution from the GPs - Historic Information Limited /Unavailable Data/Information Infrequent updating

To efficiently provide RCA information: Consider the following: * Accessibility * CONTENTS < Quality/good data < Usefulness < Substance < Clearly stated < Correct info

Examine the contents (importance, usefulness) Recommendations: Examine the contents (importance, usefulness) * classify < which documents to be opened to the public (more info should be included) < which documents for the members only Need for GPs awareness and vigorous contributions * commitment of GPs to contribute regularly < designation of responsible person (GP) to handle promotions/dissemination of information < highlight local RCA activities, achievements on a periodic basis (e.g. quarterly) < write-ups, news on RCA for clearance of NR before submission
