Natalie Hinchliffe Business Development Enabling Homes

High Quality Supported Accommodation and Housing

What we do? We buy suitable accommodation in community settings for vulnerable adults, whom need support for a wide range of issues, including; Mental Health Learning disabilities Substance misuse Homelessness

What we do? We work with a wide range on clients including; Local Authorities Charities Social Enterprises Voluntary groups

What we do? Once the building has been requested, we will source and secure a suitable property, working with; The organisation who requested the building Funders Construction companies All this will be done without the care provider or local Authority having to outlay any funds to gain exclusive use of their building

Exempt funding? Supported housing, which supports some of the most vulnerable people from across the country, will continue to be exempt from the Local Housing Allowance cap until 2019. From then the new funding model will protect the sector from the cap with a top up of additional ring-fenced funding. The amount of top-up funding will be set on the basis of current projections of future need.

Our key aims? Care and support Opportunities for individuals to thrive and develop Freedom for individuals to proper and grow To be part of diverse and flourishing communities

How does it work? We will find and fund the property which will then be presented to a Registered Social Landlord who will work with the care provider for their exclusive use. What's included; Fully furnished Up to 3 hours of support per week Repair’s service
