Hospital Team!

Reflecting on the Project What we Accomplished! Gap Analysis Executive champion identified Work Group convened Project Plan and Timeline developed Kickoff Event Improvement Plan executed ES Technician Training Quality Assessment Commitment for attendance of one ES Manager/Technician member to attend TCHEST course Status Reports During the second quarter of 2017 we convened a project work group and scheduled monthly meetings from June through Nov of last year. The project work group created a work plan and a timeline over the following few months We also began recruiting test sites within the SF APIC chapter membership - but it took longer than anticipated – all the way from June until November to sign up two test sites Lodi Memorial and ZSF General hospitals both volunteered in November – so we then began the next phase of the project. At that time we adjourned the larger project group and began weekly meetings separately with each test site in January of this year.
