Living A Supernatural Life Life Changing Ministries

Mark 16:17-18 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” New King James Version (NKJV) 17 These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. 18 They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.” New Living Translation (NLT) John 14:12 12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. New King James Version (NKJV) 12 “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. New Living Translation (NLT)

What is living in the natural? Natural is defined as, in conformity with the ordinary course of nature; not unusual or exceptional or that which can be experienced by the five senses, understood by the mind, or explained by human reasoning.

What is living in the Supernatural? It means to be or being above and beyond that which is natural. It also means abnormal or extraordinary. It refers to that which cannot be understood or explained by natural reasoning and human wisdom.

Why do we need to walk in the supernatural? Wickedness continues to grow Satanism is growing like wildfire Psychics are laughing at a seemingly powerless church Divorce is destroying our families Violence is destroying our children Disease is destroying the lives of so many The glory of God has been replaced by secularism in the church

Daniels Prophetic Vision of the Last Days "[The devil] will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time. But the court will sit for judgment, and his dominion will be taken away, annihilated and destroyed forever. Then the sovereignty, the dominion and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints of the Highest One; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him (Daniel 7: 25-27).

Daniel’s Prophetic Vision Daniel saw the devil apprehending the “times” or epoch seasons and changing the law. These epoch seasons or “times” are similar to the time periods we call the agricultural age, the industrial age, and the information age. Halfway through the third epoch, God stripped authority from the devil and gave it to the saints. The devil tried to alter the times by changing the law. The law mentioned here is not the Torah, but the decrees and the rules of society. Changes in the law are signs of the times and manifestations of the new value systems of mankind in a particular epoch. Epoch seasons are altered when people begin to think differently and develop structures to sustain their new and emerging attitudes."

Qualities of those who Walk Supernaturally Pray unceasingly. Pray Give sacrificially. Give Dream unreasonably. Dream Serve wholeheartedly. Serve Love unashamedly. Love Walk innocently. Walk Believe undoubtingly. Believe Live powerfully Live

How do we walk in the supernatural Break from traditional ways of thinking. Break Become available to the power of the Holy Spirit. Become Overcome the temptation to waver in your faith. Overcome Maintain an atmosphere of worship. Maintain Never be afraid to fail in your faith. Be Expect supernatural results. Expect Learn to trust the voice of the Holy Spirit. Learn

Breaking the Power of religion Religious Spirit: This refers to the mind-set that relies on laws and traditions in order to please God instead of depending on grace and the power of the Holy Spirit. It is also called legalism. People who are religious often do not perceive fresh and new ways in which the Holy Spirit wants to move.

Breaking the Power of religion The Key to walking in the supernatural is to be delivered from the power of religion. Breaking the Power of religion Religion embraces death and removes the risen Christ out of the Garden and back to the tomb. Religious people pray things like “God, kill me,” not realizing that even the One who came to give His life as a ransom for us all, prayed “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup [of death] from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done” (Luke 22: 42). Jesus did not want to die; He wanted to do His Father’s will. If religion had its way it would rewrite Mary’s proclamation to read, “He is in the tomb just where we laid Him!” We have lost sight of the fact that the Cross was for the old man, not the new man, and that the true Christian life is not about dying for Christ, but living in the life He purchased for us to establish His Kingdom on earth!"

We are called to transform our Culture We are not supposed to reflect our culture; we are to transform it. We are called to disciple and teach nations about the Kingdom of God. We are called to impact our families, cities, and regions with the life transforming power of the Gospel of the Kingdom.
